Product-specific answers are kept at the end of the page so the design, fit, reviews and recommendations stay easier to browse first.
View all FAQs →01Do I need to measure my nails?+
The set includes 24 nails across an inclusive size range. Match each nail sidewall-to-sidewall and lightly refine the edge only when needed.
02How long can I wear the set?+
Wear time depends on preparation, adhesive, and daily activity. Adhesive tabs are best for shorter wear; brush-on glue is intended for a longer-lasting application.
03Can I reuse the nails?+
Yes. Remove them slowly, clear away leftover adhesive without damaging the decorative surface, let them dry fully, and store them in their box between wears.
04What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Contact Customer Care with your order number and clear photos. We will review the order and help with the appropriate replacement or resolution.
